Lucy’s background is in the Information Technology field as a Windows Server Engineer, holding several certifications in that field, and has worked for several Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, Citigroup, Bank of America & Charles Schwab. She has leveraged her technology background and applies it in her own successful real estate business as well as assisting over 400 agents with technology related issues. Lucy also regularly teaches classes to her fellow agents. She is also a published author and along with her colleague and brother Rich Phelan, also of Keller Williams, has co-authored the following books: "A Simple Guide To Selling Your Home In New Jersey" and "A Simple Guide to Buying A Home In New Jersey" which have both been featured on Amazon as well as several other sites.

Lucy grew up with deaf parents and is fluent in sign language, she has helped many deaf clients buy, sell & invest in real estate and is currently working with the NJ Deaf Housing organization to help them find and secure land for their NJ Deaf Housing project. More info can be found at www.njdh.org
